We offer free shipping with every order via UPS ground shipping.​ At this time, we do not ship outside the United States of America, but may offer international shipping at a later date.​

We will not ship your order to a PO Box.​ Only input valid addresses.

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekdays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lou.aronica@thestoryplant.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Our packages are always shipped in boxes. Please be aware that these boxes may be heavy, and thus may take longer than usual to deliver to your location. On average, UPS ground will take 5-7 days to arrive once the package is delivered to UPS and scanned into their system.
